46 – Negativity detox


As you already know, negativity has many detrimental effects on your mental, emotional and physical health. This weeks challenge is to go the entire week with any negativity.


This will be a lot harder than it sounds. We have become so conditioned to negativity that it is tough to break.



Every time you catch yourself being negative, simply stop and change to a more neutral or positive angle. The more you do this, the easier it will eventually become, and you will start feeling the vast benefits.
