45 – No news


The news is full of negativity. It is constantly reporting bad news and very rarely highlights anything positive.


The main reasons you should avoid watching the news are:


-         It hurts your mental health

-         It misleading

-         It rarely gives both sides of the story

-         It rarely makes you happy


Studies have shown that negative news can cause significant mood changes and generate anxiety and depression, increasing an individual's own worries and anxiety.


News is bad for your health. It leads to fear and aggression and hinders your creativity and ability from thinking deeply.



For this week, completely go without news. Cut it out and notice how much better you feel!
