In life, we are either reactive or proactive. We swing between the two during various times of our lives, but we generally spend more time being one more than the other. This week spend more time being proactive.
Make plans, and take action. Visit new places, make the phone calls, and do the very things you've been putting off.
Even if you consider yourself a proactive person in nature, there will still be things that you have been putting off.
Take the necessary steps to get the ball rolling. Remember, they don't have to be big, bold action steps (unless you want them to be). You can take baby steps until you build up your confidence and traction. Then you can increase.
This week be more proactive than you usually are.
