35 – Worry less


Worrying is a waste of time and energy. It stresses you out without anything productive taking place. If there are things that worry you, try being concerned instead. It's a far more productive emotion. Being concerned allows you the appropriate space in order for you to take action.


Worry takes you away from the present moment. It shifts your perspective to an imaginary future and drains your energy. Since you can only deal with what is happening now, it makes no sense to worry.


If tasks or upcoming events need your attention, it is better to be concerned rather than worry. That way, you can channel your energy into solutions or take appropriate steps to address the concerns.



This week shift from away from worry towards concern and notice how differently you feel and act.
