We are too hard on ourselves. With increasing social media usage, people are too busy comparing themselves to the filtered and polished images they see of others.
We beat ourselves up and give ourselves a hard time because we aren't as successful, slim, or balanced as those we follow online.
It's now time to stop. For this week, spend time appreciating who and what you are. Look back and see how far you have come. Think about all the challenges you have had to overcome in the past and begin to feel proud.
Find reasons to pat yourself on the back. Be kind and compassionate to yourself. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you have made. Let go and release all the tension you have stored up about yourself and your life.
With a new sense of ease about yourself, you can approach your life and goals from a more compassionate perspective. This will make life a lot easier and more fun!
