From today start to keep a journal if you don't already. The aim of this is to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. You can write anything, but typically, people write out how their day went, the highs, the lows, the learning lessons and what improvements can be made.
It is a great way to track your progress. The more you can become aware, reflect, and plan, the more significant your improvement will be, and journaling is a great tool to track this.
You can journal every day, every few days or even every week. Do what works for you, but at a minimum, you should be journaling every week.
