Adequate hydration is necessary for optimal health and cellular function. Aim to drink around eight to ten glasses of filtered water per day. Cut out all other drinks, including alcohol.

Even though lemons and limes are acidic, they have the effect of alkalising the body. This is important because the more alkaline your body is, the healthier it is.
Make sure to use fresh lemons or limes that haven't been pre-cut and exposed to the air.
Aim to do this as often as possible, and you will begin to feel the health benefits.
