14 – Nutrition 


What we put into our bodies directly correlates to how we feel. If you constantly eat processed junk food and consume refined sugary drinks, then you can bet your health is suffering. It plays havoc with our digestive, hormonal, and energy systems.


For the coming week, eliminate all junk food from your diet: no processed or sugary foods. Instead, consume more vegetables and fruit. Only drink water and reduce caffeine intake.


Abstain from alcohol and notice how you feel at the end of the week. I bet that you will feel lighter and have more energy.



Our cells need a good supply of nutrition, including vitamins and minerals, which most junk food is devoid of. If you can, eat organic as much as possible and start to pay attention to how your body feels.
