1 - Identify your fears and limitations


Take a sheet of paper and begin to write out a comprehensive list of what scares you and holds you back from fully experiencing an enriching life. Take your time and think about this.


Ask yourself, 'If I had no fears or limitations, what would I be doing right now?'


'What holds me back from doing this?'


Be as specific as possible. Once you have completed the list, now comes the time to challenge these fears. How true are they? Have there been times when you did things without fear?


Notice the thoughts you have regarding these fears. Also, notice where in your body you feel these feelings. Awareness is the key to helping resolve these fears and limitations. The more you begin to understand yourself fully and how your mind operates, the greater your ability to create the changes you desire in life.


Pick the top three that scare you the least as you scan through this list. Your task now is to carry out these three during the coming week. Once you have carried these out, you will begin to discover that they were not as bad as you thought.

We always make our fears greater in our minds than in reality.


Now move on to the next three and carry those out. Start small and build.

Eventually, you will find yourself doing more and more of the very things that initially scared you!
